No doubt, petitioner happens to be full brother of the informant but there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave farsa blow causing death of the deceased and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case no. 64/2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/concerned court stands rejected.
