JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the marriage of deceased had taken place four years ago and it is obvious from the aforesaid fact that the deceased was residing at her matrimonial home since last four years.

Although there is allegation that deceased was administered poison by her in-laws and her dead body was disposed of but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as relation of the petitioners with the deceased, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.302 of 2016 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S.Case No. 102 of 2015.
