JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach the bank with an appropriate application. Learned counsel for the bank has made it clear at this stage that presently no application for grant of loan is pending with the bank. It is, however, stated that in case any fresh application will be filed by the petitioner, the same will be considered strictly in accordance with the policy of the bank.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the bank.

This writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
