====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 102(B), 467, 468, 471, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Sukhdeo Singh fraudulently executed the sale deed in the name of one other accused, namely, Siyaram Shaha.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is only alleged to be witness to sale deed. Police after investigation submitted final form. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11151 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P. S. Case No. 147 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
