JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first informant report but it appears that it was co-accused, Shambhu Sah, who took the informant from railway station and, thereafter, handed her (informant) over to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner took the victim to the house of one, Noorjahan @ Chanda Devi. The aforesaid Noorjahan @ Chanda Devi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
