This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajivnagar P.S. Case No. 364 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. It is submitted that the recovery of illicit liquor was made from the house of the land- lord Arbind Kumar and the key of the portion of the house from which it was recovered, was with Arbind Kumar. The petitioner has submitted that during search, he has left the house and he was staying in his village.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within

No.20783 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Rajivnagar P.S. Case No. 364 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
