The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The offence alleged is of murder and the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown.

It appears that other co-accused Md. Manjur Alam has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23339 of 2016 by order dated 28.7.2016. The petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.
