JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2.Writ petition has been filed for directing the circle officer, respondent no. 9 to dispose of petitioner's application for mutation of his name over a piece of land mentioned in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed representation dated 12.9.2019 (annexure P/2) before respondent no.9 in this regard.
4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.3679 of 2020(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 petition, let respondent no.9 dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
