2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 270 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the FIR has been lodged after three years. It is submitted that the petitioner sent various representations to the concerned authorities regarding how the money in question was withdrawn by the son of the then Mukhiya by coercing the petitioner and also by forging his signature which are contained in Annexures 'P-2' to 'P-6' to this application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 270 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

5. This application stands allowed.
