2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have fired at the victim causing injury.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is a false case because the prosecution side has committed rape with the daughter of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua/ concerned Court in connection with Chand P.S.
