The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 326, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the four named accused persons assaulted the wife of the informant. It is further stated that accused Ramesh Singh assaulted with a pointed knife along with others as a result of which she fell down unconscious. She was taken for treatment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled against the petitioner are false and concocted. The main allegation is against Randhir Singh. So far as the petitioner is concerned the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2020

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 9 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case no. 60 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
