JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and five live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 8.9.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection Mansi P.S.Case No. 190 of 2015.
