Petitioner is accused in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the I.P.C. and section 30 & 38 of the Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15952 of 2017 (2) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
