ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.482 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of false certificate, he had obtained appointment as a Teacher.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the earlier occasion, he was willing to make good whatever money he had received from the said appointment. He further submits that similarly situated person has been extended the privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8253 of 2016 (4) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 17.5.2016 in Cr. Misc. No.8701 of 2016, under same and similar circumstances.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has now already been dismissed from service, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S.
