Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he strangulated to death to his wife who was sister of the informant in presence of the informant. The Doctor has found the case of strangulation. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2018. Other witnesses have also supported the allegation against the petitioner.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S.T. No. 293 of 2018 arising out of Sadar (Muffasil) Police Station Case No. 424 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Purnea. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
