2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 386 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is alleged to have tortured and killed the daughter-in-law. she is in jail since 17.11.2024.
