The petitioners in the present writ application have prayed for quashing of order dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure-6) passed by the respondent no. 5 in Encroachment Case No. 06/2018-19. The petitioner has further prayed for commanding the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the

Plot No. 1521 appertaining to Khata No. 275, situated in village Pachraur, P.S.- Taraiya which has been settled by the respondent State and C.O. to the petitioners/their predecessor-in-interest in 1996-97. Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to file a civil suit before the Court with competent jurisdiction within three months from today for the redressal of their grievance. In the meantime, status quo shall be maintained for the said period. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
