After perusal of the same is found unsatisfactory in the background of memo no.256/confidential dated 11.03.2014, an order passed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah wherein transfer of petitioner/ custodial accused has been shifted from Bettiah Jail to Bagha Jail. In para-3 of the aforesaid order, it has been directed to the Jail Superintendent, West Champaran at Bettiah to arrange for production of the accused in court after due consultation with the Jail Superintendent, Bagha.

Therefore, the report submitted by the Jail Superintendent, West Champaran at Bettiah is hereby rejected. The Jail Superintendent, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to be sincere and punctual in producing the petitioner Dinesh Yadav on each and every date before the court concerned, failing which he will be accountable for disobedience of the court's order. Office to communicate at once.
