2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very beginning prays for withdrawing this application.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The petitioner is accused in nine more serious cases including the cases of murder.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner has three more criminal antecedents and he has suppressed the same.

7. Superintendent of Police, East Champaran is directed to monitor the cases pending against the petitioner himself and get the trial of all the cases concluded at the earliest.

8. This Court on 23.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 83135 of 2023 has directed for expeditious disposal of the trial of the case. This should also be brought to the notice of the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran.
