ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations against her that she had not given the correct certificate and that the particulars in her certificate were found to be faulty, is purely frivolous and only intended to harass her. He submits that the verification of the petitioner's particulars were made from the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna and the said verification report is contained at Annexure - 3, which goes

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4537 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 to substantiate that whatever particulars had been given by the petitioner are, in fact, correct .

Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner, it appears that the Criminal prosecution as against her is under a cloud and as such, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
