JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be a candidate of Constable recruitment and got selection but subsequently, it was detected that some other persons had appeared in the said examination in place of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, several co-accused, namely, Pappu Kumar and others have already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
