One person whom the petitioner disclosed as Arjun Kumar managed to escape while petitioner was apprehended and from the bag, which was kept over the motorcycle, altogether 109.560 litres wine was seized. Petitioner is under custody since 13.01.2020, has got no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Shambhu Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Case No. 60/2020/ Laheriasarai P.S.
