Aslam Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Power (holding) Company Limited. The petitioner claiming to be successful in a selection process that was undertaken by the respondent-Company following the Advertisement No.2 of 2015 in so far as the post of I.T. Manager is concerned has moved this Court in the present writ petition complaining against the respondent-Company for not completing the process but Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the respondentCompany makes reference to a Bench decision of this Court in CWJC No.3836 of 2016 (Yogesh Ranjan & Anr. Vs. The Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited & Ors) to submit that identical issues as regarding the decision of the respondents to re-advertise the post of I.T.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3407 of 2016 dt.02-02-2018 Manager came up for consideration before this Court and a coordinate Bench of this Court taking note of the similar grievance has not chosen to interfere with the decision thus dismissing the writ petition vide judgment and order dated 26.5.2016 which is placed at Annexure C/1 to the counter affidavit. He has produced a copy of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1552 of 2016 (Reshami Rays & Ors. Vs. Bihar State Power (Holding) Corporation Limited & Ors) and analogous cases to submit that the intra Court appeal arising from the judgment of the coordinate Bench referred to above was also heard analogous bearing LPA No.1711 of 2016 and the judgment and order of the Single Bench has been affirmed.
Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute this position.
In the circumstances discussed and in view of the judgment and order of this Court passed in the case of Yogesh Ranjan (supra) as affirmed in LPA No.1711 of 2016 no cause survives for indulgence. The writ petition is disposed of.
