2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 22-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56498 of 2023.
3. According to the FIR, in course of travelling in Barmer Express Train, one unknown miscreant snatched the purse of the informant.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 22-08-2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56498 of 2023 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer on the ground of prolonged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15927 of 2025(3) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 incarceration. He has remained in custody for two years and seven months.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Begusarai in connection with Session Trial No. 48 of 2023 arising out of Begusarai Rail P.S.
