Versus
1. The State of Bihar, through the District Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif.

3. Marketing Officer, Food & Civil Supplies Department, Asthawan, District - Nalanda. .... .... Respondents. =================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner : Mr. Ajay Prasad, Adv. For the Respondents : Mr. Kameshwar Pd. Gupta, GP-10 : Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, AC to GP-10.
=================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-11-2016 Heard parties.
It is second writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief. Earlier, CWJC No. 19355 of 2014 was filed which was disposed of on 23.09.2015 holding that the petitioner has approached this Court after long delay and, as such, no positive order could be passed, however, it will be for the petitioner to approach the concerned respondents.
In my view, the second writ petition would not be maintainable for the same relief and, as such, the same is dismissed.
