It has been alleged at the end of the informant, Santosh Kumar (brother of the deceased), that on 07.04.2019 while his brother Abhay Nandan Singh @ Abhay Singh was coming to his house over motorcycle, was followed by the petitioner Raju Kumar Thakur, Ranjan Pathak, Ashish Pathak on motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner. It has been further alleged that Ranjan Pathak took out pistol and shot at the brother over his chest, who in order to rescue himself rushed towards house of Sindhu Rai where police came and took him to hospital. During midst thereof, he died. It has further been disclosed that aforesaid crime has been committed at the instance of one Ritu Pathak.

No.9227 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Petitioner is not the assailant and that being so, petitioner, Raju Kumar Thakur, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge Vth, Sitamarhi, in Sessions Trial No. 318/2019, arising out of Sursand P.S. Case No. 104/2019.
