The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while immersion of Goddess Kaali a ruckus took place in which, it is alleged that the accused person including the petitioner assaulted the son of the informant along with other Samiti members, it is further alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted the nephew of the informant by sword causing injury on head. The learned counsel submits that petitioner has

No.13181 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true, without admitting that the assault was not repeated and the injury suffered is simple in nature though on vital part of the body. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 1004 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. One of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father Manoj Kumar Tanti @ Manoj Tanti.
