2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier vide order dated 13.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67483 of 2024, regular bail of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that now charge has been framed against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the charge has been framed against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Rasulpur P.S.
