Fifteen live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.10.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Atul Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, and Ist Class, Patna / concerned court in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case no. 167/2015.
