The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1488 of 2013 for offences punishable under Sections 323, 354 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Whereas petitioner no. 1 happens to be the husband of the complainant, petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law, petitioner nos. 3 and 5 are the younger brothers of the petitioner no. 1 while petitioner no. 4 is the wife of petitioner no. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the compliant in question is a result of marital discord between the

He further submits that a petition of settlement present at Annexure-2 has been filed in the court below while an application of divorce with mutual consent has been filed in the court of Principal Judge, Patna bearing Case No. 772 of 2015. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner no. (1) Pripendu Priyadarshi; petitioner no. (2) Most. Rama Mishra; petitioner no. (3) Pranesh Kumar Mishra @ Gopal; petitioner no.

(4) Shashi Bala Mishra; and petitioner no. (5) Priyesh Priyadarshi @ Govind @ Priysh Priyadarshi @ Goving in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case 1488 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
