2. For some reason or the other, the petitioner could not participate in the selection process for Technical Assistants under the Bihar Agriculture Management & Extension Training Institute, Bihar Patna under the Agriculture Department of Government of Bihar.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the process of selection is still afoot. It has further been submitted that the petitioners would be

Patna High Court CWJC No.3730 of 2019 dt.27-02-2019 2/2 satisfied if they are permitted to make a representation before the Director, Bihar Agriculture Management & Extension Training Institute, Bihar Patna for redressal of their grievances.

4. Let the petitioner represent before the Director, Bihar Agriculture Management & Extension Training Institute, Bihar Patna within a period of two weeks from today, detailing their grievances. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent viz. the Director, Bihar Agriculture Management & Extension Training Institute, Bihar Patna shall look into the matter and shall dispose of the representation within a further period of one week thereafter. In case it is found that the petitioners could be allowed to participate in the selection process, necessary orders shall be passed.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
