The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2002, registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court on 28.02.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3394 of 2017 with observation that the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge. Now, the charge has been framed against the petitioner on 03.03.2017, which would appear from Annexure-3 of the petition. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2016.

Sessions Judge-II, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2002.
