JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, co-accused Mannu Chaudhary and Yogendra @ Tinai Chaudhary gave Gupti blows to the deceased. The postmortem report of the deceased shows that sharp cut injuries were found. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
