The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 N.I.Act.

Cheque of Rs.Two Lacs issued by the petitioner in favour of the complainant allegedly bounced. Petitioner is ready to refund the aforesaid amount. Petitioner is ready to refund 25% of the same before filing of the bail bond through cheque. Thereafter, the remaining amount shall be refunded in six monthly installments.

No.13808 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid undertaking, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.177(c) of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the non-fulfillment of the aforesaid undertaking by the petitioner would be a ground for cancellation of the bail bond by the learned court below itself.
