The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding the accused persons having kidnapped the owner of the company, in which they were working, along with the Scorpio, however, they were apprehended by the police subsequently.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on account of the fact that he was demanding his lawful wages from the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018.
