The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 261/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, nature of injuries and the counter case and also there is land dispute between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/c Judicial Magistrate (P), Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 261/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
