1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), upon the respondent authorities to construct the building of Arer Police Station over the land bearing Khesra No.7745, 7746, 7747 (old) and 14827 (new), Khata No.2832 (new), admeasuring 1 acre 62 decimal, situated at Mauza- Arer, Thana No.223. The respondents be further directed not to disturb the Hatia over the land bearing Khesra
Patna High Court CWJC No.3267 of 2024(3) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 No.7065 and 7079 (old) and 13465 and 13533 (new), which is being used for the purpose of Hatia (market) since 1980, after decision of Sairat Case No.156 of 1979-80."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
