Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Vaishali P.S.

Case No.16 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 372, 373 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are brothers-in-law (devars) of the daughter of the informant. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
