This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. Fifteen liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
