1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for a direction to respondent authorities to publish the result of the petitioner who belongs to a backward class and has submitted his application for the selection on the post of Range Officer of Forest against the advertisement no. 02/2020, wherein one post of Range Officer of Forest has been reserved for Backward Class but the respondents authorities have acted arbitrarily and unfairly by not publishing the result of the candidate belonging

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ for direction to respondent authorities to publish a fresh result of "Range Officer of Forest" as per seats allocated to reserved category Advertisement No. 02/2020.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ for a direction to respondent authorities to publish complete result of all 43 seats as per Advertisement No. 02/2020 because final result has been published by the respondent commission by which only 42 candidates declared successful and result of one seat of BC category has not been declared by the commission arbitrarily."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
