ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 17.2.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Madhepura, in connection with A.B.P. No. 348 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 937 of 2011.

In view of the retraction of the Petitioner to settle the dispute and to take his wife with him, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Hence, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
