JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 This M.J.C. petition has been filed for restoration of Civil Miscellaneous No.348 of 2018, which was dismissed on 05.05.2018 for non-compliance of order dated 25.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this court was complied against respondent nos.1 to 11 within time but due to mistake the order of this court against respondent no.12 was not complied within time although the same was complied after few days.

Taking into consideration the submissions as well as the statements made in the restoration petition, this M.J.C. petition is allowed and Civil Miscellaneous No.348 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
