Patna High Court CWJC No.17880 of 2016(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 copy of the entire order sheet relating to Encroachment Case No. 02/2016-17 and after production thereof the entire proceeding including the final order whereby the petitioners have been declared encroacher be quashed.

II) For setting aside the notice issued by the Circle Officer, Panchrukhi whereby one of the petitioners namely Gorakhnath Yadav has been directed to remove the encroachment from Plot no.

32 Area 3 Katha 10 Dhur situated at Village Mahadeva, District - Siwan within one week."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
