The petitioner, Rajdeo Thakur has filed this regular bail application for his release in Sessions Trial No.349 of 2016 arising out of Keshariya P.S. Case No.212 of 2015. It appears that the prayer for bail of this petitioner has already been rejected on 05.02.2016 by this court in Cr. Misc. No.51957 of 2015 on merit by speaking order. I find no fresh ground for fresh consideration of the prayer for bail made by the petitioner.

Thus, this criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed.
