====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
From the two reports called from the Court below, the second one dated 25.04.2016 states that two months time shall be taken for disposing the case.
In view of more than four months having elapsed and it is not in dispute that the trial is proceeding on a day to day basis, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for release of the petitioner on bail as the trial itself is likely to be concluded, if not already done, very shortly. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed with the observation that the Court below shall conclude the trial, if not done, within one month positively, failing which this Court may take a strict view in the matter.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50217 of 2015 (4) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 The order be communicated to the Court below through Fax also latest by day after tomorrow. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U T
