Vide the impugned order dated 02.07.2016 (Annexure 1) passed by the Licensing Authority-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Saharsa the PDS licence has been cancelled on the ground of registration of F.I.R. against the petitioner though there is no provision of cancellation of licence on such ground which would be evident from Clause 28 of the Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015.
