JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.Case no. 131 of 2014 in which he confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case also and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.Case no. 131 of 2014.
