JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The first information report of informant shows that there was intimacy between informant's daughter and co-accused Shaurav Kumar, who happens to be son of the petitioner and furthermore, it is admitted case of the prosecution that the coaccused Shaurav Kumar was also found missing from his home since date of missing of the victim girl.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.Case No. 124 of 2015.
