JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that two miscreants riding the motorcycle dashed the informant when one person was apprehended who disclosed his name as Bhusban Kumar who suggested that name of the petitioner as his associate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
