The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of making assault to the father of the informant by the petitioner and others. Though, initially Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad issued injury report which shows simple injury on the leg of the father of the informant. Thereafter, the father of the informant was treated at Krishna City Hospital, Patna and the injury report shows that the father of the informant received several internal injuries in his abdomen.

No.3494 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report subsequently obtained from private hospital cannot be relied upon. The petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad.
